Vacation Home Renovation
Our love for the Golden Isles began many years ago when a dear friend invited us to her home. We simply could not get enough of the islands, so we decided to start looking for a place of our own.
We found a great realtor, Brian Watson, and his wife, Lisa, with Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate, who were incredibly patient throughout the process. After searching for quite some time, we began exploring the idea of renovating.
Our realtor invited us to see his beautiful home, which had been built by a local contractor who also built the HGTV 2017 Home on Saint Simons Island—Cary Allen of Allen Contracting Company. We were very impressed, so we set up an appointment, and the rest is history.
Designing this home was truly a dream. It was even featured on the front page of The Brunswick News Coastal Edition. We love spending time there, and it is now available to rent.
